Thoma Engineering, Inc.
Founded in 1984 by Rusty Thoma, we serve over 50 architects as well as private corporations and public tax entities in Lubbock, Texas and the surrounding areas. Our staff consists of Rusty Thoma, Professional Engineer and a full support staff including an assistant engineer, chief draftsman, TTU students, and an office manager. Our projects are exclusively commercial structural design and analysis including new construction, additions to existing structures, structural repairs, and structural renovations.
We offer commercial structural design and analysis for commercial building projects including new construction, repairs to existing structures, renovations, and additions. We do not consult on residential projects at all. Our structural design services are done in coordination with all disciplines on large projects from beginning to end. We also provide shop drawings and perform regular site visits to ensure that the project is on track.
